The BG-MMX process utilizes a
patented electrolysis cell of the Australian Prof. Yul Brown’s

The Roy Process to Neutralize Nuclear
Waste was invented by Dr. Radha R. Roy, professor of physics emeritus, in 1979.
Essentually, it is backwards engineering to zero radioactivity. In addition, it
produces electricity from the heat and will reduce plutonium 239 from atom bomb
warheads to non-radioactive lead. Treatment plants should be built at each
